Shipping Information

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping rates

Shipping options and charges depend on the items in your basket and your delivery address. Your available shipping options and final shipping charge are shown in £ at checkout before you pay. Where items are shipped from different groups, charges may be combined. Please use the checkout total for the price that applies to your order.

Free shipping may be available during special offers and promotions, when stated in the offer terms. It is not a standard shipping option or automatically available above a fixed order value.

Delivery estimates, where available, are shown at checkout. We do not currently promise a UK express option.

International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
