At Corrupt Couture UK, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to make a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
How to Return
- Email us at corruptcoutureuk@gmail.com with the subject "returns", your order number, and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked service.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at corruptcoutureuk@gmail.com with the subject "support" and include photos where possible. We'll resolve this at no cost to you as a priority.
